I spent my Valentine’s morning with this blue eyed bombshell. She has that dramatic stare down, but she also has a very infectious laugh. I was really excited about her cake smash theme: Minnie Mouse! I love to add something special to make every cake smash something to remember, so I spent an afternoon making a Minnie Mouse banner, bows to decorate Delilah’s smash set up and designed a custom cake to match! I think she loved it because she ate almost all of it (and then smashed the rest!) 😉 We kind of had a fashion show with all of my bows (like my own Minnie Bowtique!) I love to have options for my little clients to choose from. <3 It’s always fun to dress up!

This was such a fun session! It’s so hard to find fun locations with color in January, but man did we find the most perfect spot. This is the most diverse gallery and we only just hopped around a few different spots within the same area. It was lovely. This session almost looks like it was shot in Alaska. Minus all of the snow.

I don’t get a lot of senior clients, but I might want to go get some more if they will be more like Keaton. She was perfection down to her teal nail polish and shoes. Seriously, she made my job so super easy, I hardly touched these images at all. The hardest part was not editing every single shot we took!

How did this year fly by so fast? I am so thankful I had the courage and the support to continue another year in this amazing job. A job that allows me to be creative, explore the worlds most precious moments, make beautiful things and capture memories in a box to open for years and years to come.
