It seems like just yesterday we were waking up before the sun to get some once in a lifetime pictures of fresh baby Brynnie sitting by the Atlantic ocean or when the Stanley girls came to visit over the holidays. But it’s actually been a YEAR and Brynn’s birthday is coming up! What an absolute JOY it is to watch this beautiful family grow. We had a total blast setting up all the pink, gold and mint decor and watching her fling cake all over it. What a difference a year makes!!

What is that saying, a bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work? Well I had a GOOD day at work AT the beach! It was a whirlwind of a session with the little cousins running around each other, but there were so many laughs and lots of fun. I honestly have the best job ever.

I love seeing my newborn clients over the years and this past holiday season, I heard that they would be adding a new little person to the family this summer! I’m SO happy I started back up taking sessions again just in time to get Lily while she was still super fresh. I had SUCH a fun time with big sis Emily who was so thoughtful and brought me something from the tree by her house and laughed and danced the with me the whole time! It’s such a sweet gift I didn’t expect when I started this job to cherish watching my clients grow as they come back to see me milestone after milestone. I’m so lucky to have amazing clients like these guys.

This is our TENTH session together!! I usually see them a little earlier in the year, but we made sure to meet up as soon as we safely could! It was so hard not to squeeze them both when they ran up to me, but we still had SO much fun. Baker Park is one of my favorite places, especially in the spring and summer because the river that flows under the covered bridge and into the pond is a favorite for duckies and kiddos love looking for them. Every time I see Char and Lu, they get smarter and funnier and braver and every time I wave goodbye, I can’t wait until our next session! 
WELL GUYS! It’s been quite a year so far and after some safe time apart from the world, I am slowly and cautiously resuming sessions! YAY! Charlie was my very first one back and what a way to get back into it. A super fun, super pink, and super summery MELON cake smash theme. We had a blast and my heart has grown a million sizes. I can’t wait to show you her whole session, so here it all is:
