In My Heart Is A Christmas Tree Farm | Family Photography; Mayne’s Tree Farm – Frederick, MD

It’s so fun to have new friends choose me to capture their family memories for them! I have done 16 mini sessions in the studio this past month, so it was a really nice change to get out to some real trees in the sunset! The weather has been so perfect lately and this sunset on Saturday was *chef’s kiss*. I’m extra happy that we snuck Isla and Liam’s Mimi into a few shots at the end when the sky turned a dreamy purple. I hope these pictures make you smile! We had such a great time and I think it really shows.

Thankful For Family | Family Photography; Germantown, MD

I’m so glad we found time during this past holiday weekend to get these special moments for this beautiful family while they were in town! Thomas is such a sweet big brother to Eleanor and his laugh is amazing. Even though it was a tiny bit chilly, you would never know with these warm smiles and snuggles! We even got a few adorable moments with just mom and dad together (their first pictures since their wedding!) The blanket they sat on for their pictures was actually the very same one they used for their engagement session! How special!! I hope they end up making this a holiday tradition so we can watch these cuties grow over the years!

The Whole Family! | Family Photography; Frederick, MD

What an absolute gift it was capturing this entire family all together the other day. This was the first time these grandparents met their newest grandson! And it was a surprise to the bigger kiddos that they were seeing everyone at their session, so I got to capture those real exciting first moments of everyone gathering and snuggling. I just love all the smiles and colors in this cozy session and I hope you feel the same warm fuzzies I felt being a part of it and bottling these memories for them!
