I absolutely ADORE this family! It’s been quite a minute since I’ve seen them, but we I met Elizabeth when she was just a few days old, and we celebrated her first birthday (and a milestone for Mom as well!) We even got the entire family together for an extended session! This session was such a blast. I don’t think I’ve laughed more during a session than I did here. We played with bubble wands, climbed trees, James showed off his soccer skills, we even turned the quilt into a few fun activities! I’m so glad we captured so many sweet moments of everyone just having fun and loving each other. There can never be enough of those moments saved forever to look back on, but we tried our best!

I met Becky because she’s also a photographer! It’s so fun to make new friends, especially ones that understand the joys and struggles of your job. It also means her kids were amazing during our session (photographer kids tend to have a higher tolerance for sitting and being incredibly cute!) The sun glow was absolutely stunning, especially after SO many days in a row of clouds and rain. It was such a fun night playing with flowers and running around in my favorite spot in Baker Park. Just looking at these make me feel so warm and fuzzy like laying in the grass in the glow of a summer sunset. I hope you enjoy the warm fuzzies too!!

I’ve known this family for over TWENTY years. I’ve walked to their house in a snow storm during high school when the snow was so high, we couldn’t drive anywhere, they hosted my bridal shower and countless sleepovers. We did a sibling session (with Mason!) what feels like a million years ago, but this time we added Gramma and Grandad!! This whole session make my little heart soar with the eagles nest and I hope you love looking through and cherishing these as much as I do!
